No returns on peptides

Due to the nature of peptides and laboratory chemicals, returns are not possible .
Once an order has been shipped, the product cannot be resold or re-inspected for sterile conditions.

integrity and purity of our products.

Damaged delivery or broken vial

If your order arrived damaged or contains a broken vial, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
by email or WhatsApp and attach clear photos.

In these cases, we will send a replacement shipment free of charge . This is our standard solution to help you as quickly as possible.

Refund (only after second shipment)

A refund is only possible if:

  • there has been two shipments (the original shipment + a free replacement shipment), and
  • if there is a problem again during the second shipment (for example, damage or a broken vial).

In that exceptional case, we offer a full refund .
In other words, we always send a replacement product first ; only in the event of repeated failure will a refund be considered.

Conditions for replacement and possible refund

  • damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photos of the damaged product and original packaging are required
  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • In some cases you may be asked to return the damaged item for verification.

Incorrectly entered shipping address

Always check your shipping information carefully. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address,
we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund .
