The following rates apply to orders under $200.
Orders above $200 are shipped free

What happens in case of delay or loss?

In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to the carrier or customs.

Can I return products?

Returns are not possible .

Due to the nature of our products and for reasons of safety, hygiene and quality assurance, orders cannot be cancelled or returned after delivery.

All delivered products are considered final. This applies in particular to sterile, sealed, or laboratory products, as well as products specially assembled or delivered to order.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this return policy.
